Paul Bonneau (14 September 1918 – 8 July 1995)[1] was a French conductor, composer and arranger,[2] whose career was mainly in the field of light music and films.
He then became conductor of light orchestral music on national radio, a position he held for thirty years.
[3] Over 30 years Paul Bonneau led 638 light music recording sessions, corresponding to more than 1,500 concerts broadcast on the national radio stations.
In 1960, with the agreement of the RTF, he founded the vocal group Les Djinns who played and recorded 88 songs.
Paul Bonneau married the French pianist Jacqueline Robin on 22 January 1940 in Évreux.
