Paul Simon is an American singer-songwriter who gained widespread recognition as a member of the folk rock duo Simon & Garfunkel, with Art Garfunkel.

Since then, he has performed as a solo artist while also collaborating occasionally with other musicians, including Garfunkel.

Over the course of his career, he released singles, as well as studio, live, and compilation albums.

From 1991 to 2016, Simon sold seven million albums in the U.S., according to Nielsen.
