Pauline Hondema (pronounced [pʌuˈlinə ˈɦɔndəmaː]; born 28 March 2000) is a Dutch track and field athlete competing in the long jump.

Hondema won a silver medal in the First League of the 2021 European Athletics Team Championships.

[5] In July 2023, she set a new personal best of 6.76 metres competing in Kortrijk, Belgium.
