Pazhani is a 1965 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by A. Bhimsingh.

The film stars Sivaji Ganesan, S. S. Rajendran, R. Muthuraman and Devika.

It is a remake of the 1962 Kannada film Bhoodana.
