[14] Dr. Leonard Chidi Ilechukwu serves as the Vice Chancellor of Peaceland University, with extensive experience in higher education administration, academic leadership, and research, Dr. Ilechukwu has been instrumental in advancing the university's academic programs and infrastructure.
