[4] On 30 January 2017, Pedro Henrique moved to PAOK for a reported fee of €1.6 million, signing a contract with the Greek club until 30 June 2020.

[5] On 5 February 2017, in his second appearance in the Superleague Greece he scored his first goal with the club, sealing a 3–2 home win against Asteras Tripoli.
