[4] Judd holds a bachelor's degree in anthropology from the University of Arizona, and an architectural drafting technician certificate from the Phoenix Institute of Technology.

In November 2023, a state grand jury indicted both officials on felony charges of interference with an election officer and criminal conspiracy.
