Perihan Savaş

After the age of five, she had her first acting experience by joining the Istanbul City Theatre and took part in children's play.

[3] At the age of thirteen, she got engaged to a twenty one year-old military school student.

When I was offered such a thing, I said [to myself], 'Now I will wear thin socks, put on make up, and go out with my friends.

[5] Until 1970, she worked on stage, taking part in plays such as Küçük Prenses, Romeo and Juliet, and Kibarlık Budalası.

Savaş made her cinematic debut in 1971 with a role in the movie Şehzade Simbad Kaf Dağında.
