Persephone (born August 3, 2001) is an American professional wrestler working for the Mexican professional wrestling promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL), portraying a ruda ("Bad girl") wrestling character.
Previously, Persephone wrestled under a mask, which is common in lucha libre.
[3] In CMLL, Persephone notably has had a feud with Tessa Blanchard and generally portrays a rudo, which is, an evil character, as opposed to the tecnicos who are the good guys.
[4][5] Surprisingly, she won the 2024 Campeonato de Amazonas (the title for the best female wrestler in CMLL) after defeating veteran Zeuxis in the finals on October 18, 2024.
