Petřvald (German: Gross Peterswald) is a municipality and village in Nový Jičín District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic.
It has about 1,700 inhabitants.
Petřvald consists of two municipal parts (in brackets population according to the 2021 census):[2] The first written mention of Petřvald is from 1267.
