Peyhan (Persian: پيهان)[a] is a village in Kamazan-e Sofla Rural District of Zand District, Malayer County, Hamadan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 583 in 146 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
