Phạm Xuân Mạnh (born 9 February 1996) is a Vietnamese professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder or a right back for V.League 1 club Hà Nội and the Vietnam national team.

Phạm Xuân Mạnh rosed through the youth ranks at Song Lam Nghe An, becoming a regular after a loan to CAND FC, and won 2017 Vietnamese Cup with the club.

On 25 August 2023, Song Lam Nghe An announced their parting with Phạm Xuân Mạnh, marking the end of a decade-long association with him.

Phạm Xuân Mạnh also enjoyed considerable success at youth level for Vietnam, being part of the squad which ended as runners-up in the 2018 AFC U-23 Championship.

He appeared in all knockout stage matches as the starter left wing back to replace the injured Đoàn Văn Hậu.
