Philadelphia Toboggan Company Carousel Number 15 was a carousel built in 1907 by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company and moved several times.

In 1990, the carousel was moved to the Puente Hills Mall in City of Industry, California.

In 1998, The carousel was moved and reinstalled one last time in 1998 to the newly opened Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack, New York.

In May 2009, mall management announced that the carousel would be disassembled and removed by June 14, 2009.

The carousel was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1979, removed in 1984 when it was moved outside the United States, and readded in 2001.
