Philip Micklem

Philip Arthur Micklem (1876–1965) was an Anglican priest in England and Australia.

He was born on 5 April 1876 in Waltham St Lawrence in Berkshire, England, the son of Leonard Micklem of Abbot's Mead in Elstree in Hertfordshire, by his first wife, Dora Emily Weguelin.

In 1932 he married a school teacher, Evelyn Murial Auriac (1907–2010), in Sydney, Australia.

[2] After a curacy at Shere he was a lecturer at St Augustine's College, Canterbury.

[3] He was rector of St James' Church, Sydney, from then until his appointment as the second Provost of Derby Cathedral.
