Philippe Dupasquier (born September 27, 1955, in Neuchâtel, Switzerland)[1] is an author and illustrator of children's books.
Bill's New Frock, which he illustrated, won the 1989 Smarties Book Prize for Ages 6-8 and was commended for the Carnegie Medal.
[citation needed] The detailed crowd-scenes of Dupasquier's "Busy Places" series were an inspiration for the creation of Martin Handford's popular Where's Wally?
