Ahaetulla, Chironius, Herpetodryas, Natrix, Pseustes, Spilotes, Synchalinus, Tropidodipsas Phrynonax is a genus of snakes in the family Colubridae.
The genus is endemic to the New World Species in the genus Phrynonax are found in South America, Central America, and Mexico.
