Phyllis K. Erickson (1923 – November 27, 2013) was an American politician in the state of Washington.
A Democrat, she served in the Washington House of Representatives for the 2nd district between 1973 and 1981.
She received her bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from the University of Utah.
She was elected to the Franklin-Pierce School Board in 1962, the first woman to hold the position.
She joined the League of Women Voters and was appointed as the Washington chapter's state legislative chair.
