Piermont, New Hampshire

Piermont is a town in Grafton County, New Hampshire, United States.

[4] Incorporated by Governor Benning Wentworth in 1764 and settled in 1768, the town takes its name from Italy's Piedmont.

[5] Aaron Lane, who grew up in Piermont, was the first permanent settler in the Mojave Desert area now known as Victorville, California.
