Pierre-Hector Coullié (14 March 1829 – 12 September 1912) was a French Catholic prelate who served as Archbishop of Lyon from 1893 to 1912.

[2] After his ordination he served in the Archdiocese of Paris as professor of its minor seminary; vicar at Ste-Marguerite, St-Eustache, and Notre Dame des Victoires churches from 1854 until 1876.

[3] During the 1896 Congress of the Christian Democrats in Lyon, he spoke against the meeting due to agenda items which he saw as anti-Semitic; the items did not appear in the following year’s Congress.

[4] He was created Cardinal-Priest in the consistory of April 19, 1897; received red hat and title of SS.

Exposed and buried in the metropolitan cathedral of Lyon.
