Pieter M. Judson (born 1956, Utrecht) is an American professor of history.
[1] Pieter Judson attended Swarthmore College and graduated in 1978.
[3] His research interests include modern European History, nationalist conflicts, revolutionary and counter revolutionary social movements, and the history of sexuality.
[4] His works on the Habsburg Empire and Central Europe are published in more than ten languages.
He is a 2010 recipient of the Guggenheim Fellowship and received two Fulbright awards to Vienna, as a student and scholar.
