Pipi-Liis Siemann (born 17 November 1975) is an Estonian politician who is a member of the XV Riigikogu.

Pipi-Liis Siemann was born in the village of Retla in Järva County.

She received an MA in educational leadership from Tallinn University in 2021.

[1] She has worked as a nursery school teacher, social worker and as a practical nurse.

[1] Siemann previously belonged to the Isamaa political party from February 2008 until the end of 2021.
