Planina pod Golico (pronounced [plaˈnìːna pɔd ɡɔˈlíːtsɔ]; German: Alpen[2]) is a mountain village in the Municipality of Jesenice, in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.

[5] The name of the settlement was changed from Sveti Križ to Planina pod Golico (literally, 'pasture below Golica') in 1955.

Iron ore was still mined close to the village in the Sava Caves (Slovene: Savske jame) area until the early 20th century.
