Plavsk (Russian: Плавск) is a town and the administrative center of Plavsky District in Tula Oblast, Russia, located on the Plava River.

Population: 16,165 (2010 Census);[3] 16,750 (2002 Census);[9] 16,559 (1989 Soviet census).
