Play Dirty is an upcoming American crime thriller film directed by Shane Black, and starring Mark Wahlberg as Parker, a character featured in a series of novels by Donald E. Westlake under his pseudonym Richard Stark.
Black is co-writer of the screenplay alongside Charles Mondry and Anthony Bagarozzi, which is based on the first Parker novel, The Hunter, marking it the third time it was adapted to film after Point Blank (1967) and Payback (1999).
