Pohronský Ruskov (Hungarian: Oroszka) is a village and municipality in the Levice District in the Nitra Region of Slovakia.

The village lies at an altitude of 130 metres and covers an area of 9.113 km2.

The village approximately contains 55-62% Magyar, 42-37% Slovak and 1% Romani population.

The village has a public library a gym and football pitch.
