The Poland national under-16 football team represents Poland in international football at this age level and is controlled by Polish Football Association.

The team previously competed in the annual UEFA European Under-16 Football Championship before it was re-arranged into an under-17 competition in 2002.

The following players were called up for the friendlies against Norway on 13 and 15 June 2023.
