Pooja Singh (born 21 February 2007) is an Indian athlete.

She is named in the Indian athletics team for the high jump event for the 2022 Asian Games at Hangzhou, China.

[1] She reached the finals of the Asian Games women's high jump event along with compatriot Rubina Yadav and finished sixth.

Pooja hails from Bosti village in Haryana.

[2] Coach Balwan Singh spotted Pooja while during a yoga session and was impressed with her yoga postures, charasana and dhanurasana (yoga forms) and recruited her and started training her as a high jumper.
