Poshtkuh-e Mugui Rural District (Persian: دهستان پشتكوه موگوئي)[3] is in Mugui District of Fereydunshahr County, Isfahan province, Iran.

[5] At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population (as a part of the Central District) was 4,747 in 897 households.

[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 3,711 in 948 households.

The most populous of its 51 villages was Koluseh, with 691 people.
