Potterton is a village north of Aberdeen, Scotland, in Aberdeenshire, west of Balmedie.

[3] April 2024, it was announced Barratt homes had submitted plans to build 200 new homes in Potterton, a project worth £50 million.

Aberdeen City Council were to vote on whether they would accept the proposal.

Approved and will go ahead as discussed June 2025 after long discussions with the miserable locals
