Prarthana Gulabrao Thombare (born 18 June 1994) is an Indian tennis player.

Thombare has won three singles and 29 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.

Playing for India Fed Cup team, Thombare has a win–loss record of 17–10 (10–8 in doubles) as of June 2024.

She won a bronze medal in women's doubles at the Asian Games, along with Sania Mirza.
