Presidio–Ojinaga International Rail Bridge

It is privately operated under a lease by Ferromex subsidiary Texas Pacifico Transportation.

[1] The Presidio–Ojinaga International Rail Bridge has been out of service following fire damage on 29 February 2008.

[2] Reopening to cross-border rail service is expected to begin after a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) station has been installed.

[3] The current date that the bridge can be brought back in use is expected to be the summer of 2025.

This is due to the desire for a facility to x-ray train cars to intercept contraband.
