Proctorville is a town in Robeson County, North Carolina, United States.
Proctorville was settled in about 1870 and incorporated in 1913, being named for railway promotor Edward Knox Proctor Jr.[4] The W.R. Surles Memorial Library was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.

22.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
