Proszenie [prɔˈʂɛɲɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wolbórz, within Piotrków County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Wolbórz, 12 km (7 mi) north-east of Piotrków Trybunalski, and 40 km (25 mi) south-east of the regional capital Łódź.
