Przesieczany [pʂɛɕɛˈt͡ʂanɨ] (Upper Sorbian: Sedme) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zgorzelec, within Zgorzelec County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the German border.
