Przylepki [pʂɨˈlɛpki] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Brodnica, within Śrem County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.

In 1581, it was located in the Kościan District, within the Poznań Voivodeship, Poland-Lithuania.
