Puklice (Czech pronunciation: [ˈpuklɪtsɛ]) is a municipality and village in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

It has about 900 inhabitants.

Puklice consists of three municipal parts (in brackets population according to the 2021 census):[2] The first written mention of Puklice is from 1318.
