Pullman Yard

[1][2] Pratt Engineering Company purchased what was then farmland in 1904 to build a sugar and fertilizer processing plant.

In 1926, the Pullman company purchased the property to manufacture and repair their railroad sleeper cars.

[4] In 1955, Southern Iron and Equipment Company purchased the yard and continued to manufacture and repair train cars.

In 2017, Atomic Entertainment purchased the complex with plans for redevelopment.
