Qamishli Subdistrict (Arabic: ناحية مركز القامشلي) is a subdistrict of Qamishli District in northeastern al-Hasakah Governorate, northeastern Syria.

Administrative centre is the city of Qamishli.

At the 2004 census, the subdistrict had a population of 232,095.
