Qaradağ Lökbatan FK

[1] The club was established in 2009 under the name of Neftchi-ISM as Neftchi Baku's reserve team, and played in Azerbaijan First Division.

The club became independent of Neftchi in 2011 and was renamed Qaradağ Lökbatan FK, which would allow them to participate in Premier League if they secured promotion from the First Division.

[2] On 10 April 2012, the club finished top in the First Division, which would normally result in promotion to Azerbaijan Premier League.

In September 2024, the club's previous head coach, Azar Hashimov, was dismissed, and Amit Guluzade was appointed to the position.
