Qarah Bolagh (Persian: قره بلاغ)[a] is a village in Shirang Rural District of Kamalan District, Aliabad-e Katul County,[b] Golestan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 2,446 in 523 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
