Qarah Guzlu-ye Sofla (Persian: قره گوزلوسفلي)[a] is a village in Qazvineh Rural District of the Central District of Kangavar County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 423 in 99 households.

It was the most populous village in its rural district.
