Qin County or Qinxian (simplified Chinese: 沁县; traditional Chinese: 沁縣; pinyin: Qìn Xiàn) is a county in the southeast-central part of Shanxi province, China.

It is under the administration of Changzhi city.

It comprises the towns of Dingchang, Guocun, Guxian, Xindian, Zhangyuan, and Cecun and the townships of Duanliu, Songcun, Cicun, Niusi, Nanli, Nanquan, and Yang'an.
