Qinzhou (Chinese: 秦州; pinyin: Qínzhōu), formerly romanized as Tsinchow, is a district and the seat of the city of Tianshui, Gansu province, China.
It is named for its former position as the seat of the medieval Chinese province of Qinzhou.
