Río Jiménez is a district of the Guácimo canton, in the Limón province of Costa Rica.

[1][2] Río Jiménez was created on 26 June 1971 by Decreto 1769-G.[2] Río Jiménez has an area of 113.59 km²[3] and an elevation of 10 metres.
