Róża [ˈruʐa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dobroń, within Pabianice County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Dobroń, 8 km (5 mi) south-west of Pabianice, and 24 km (15 mi) south-west of the regional capital Łódź.
