R. B. Udhaya Kumar is an Indian politician and the Deputy Leader of the Opposition in the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly.
[1] He is the Member of the Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu from Tirumangalam constituency.
[3] On 17 July 2022, R. B. Udhaya Kumar was elected as the Deputy Leader of the Opposition in Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly replacing O. Panneerselvam at the AIADMK Legislative Party Meeting.
[4][1] On 14 February 2024, Speaker M. Appavu allotted the seat of the deputy opposition leader to Udhayakumar in the first row of Tamil Nadu Assembly replacing Panneerselvam after the nearly 19 month long demand of the AIADMK.
