Rachmat Latief (born 27 September 1988) is an Indonesian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Liga 4 club Persewangi Banyuwangi.

He made his league debut on 26 September in a 1–0 win against PSIM Yogyakarta at the Manahan Stadium, Surakarta.
