Programs in Arabic, English, French, German, Hebrew, Russian, Spanish and Turkish were broadcast via webstream.

Historically, Radio Damascus were transmitting for an international audience from 1957 to 2013, mainly on medium wave and shortwave frequencies.

The programmes of Radio Damascus were focused on praising the policy of the Syrian government of the al-Assad family until 2024.
