Rafael Domingo Oslé (born in Logroño, La Rioja, 1963) is a Spanish legal historian and professor of law.
[7] In 2011–12, Domingo was a joint Straus Institute and Émile Noël Fellow at New York University (NYU) School of Law.
[10] In 2020, Domingo was appointed the Álvaro d'Ors Professor of Law at the Institute of Culture and Society at the University of Navarra.
[20] Domingo has analyzed the nature of the Roman legal concepts of auctoritas (moral authority) and potestas (constituted power).
[21] Domingo has advocated for a theistic conception of the secular legal system that also includes and protects non-theistic approaches.
