Raikawar Bichawa is a village development committee in Kanchanpur District in the Mahakali Zone of south-western Nepal.

At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 9936 people living in 1391 individual households.

Raikwar Bichawa surrounded by Mohana River from east, Krishnapur Municipality from West Baisi Bichawa from South and Mohana River and Krishnapur Municipality from North Side.

Raikwar Bichawa is a part of Election Area No 4 of Constitution Assembly.
